1 Not to abuse in person
2 One should not lie
3 Not to develop enmity
4 Keeping away from the possible state of requesting pardon
5 Being away from Repent state
6 Break for the time mismanagement
7 Will not have any bondages
8 Mind gets involved in Real knowledge
9 inner peace will not be destroyed.
Uses :
1 Healing of all diseases is immediate
2 Memory power is increased
3 Wasteful habits die a normal death
4 Mind stays always in a peaceful and joyful state
5 All physical, mental work is done with greater efficiency
6 Sleep time requirements gets decreased
7 Inter personal relationships become more qualitative and fulfilling
8 Thought power is tremendously increased
9 Ability to see rights and wrongs is sharpened
10 Purpose of life is better understood.
Conclusion :
The greatest form of Happiness is the striving after something not yet attained. Man’s search towards it is eternal, but in between there comes a phase where he decides move away from this hungup. Then mind resorts to the state of “mouna”. It is here the human energy is conserved and utilised in a Souls journey towards enlightenment.
